Osho Meditations

Osho has devised more than 112 different and unique meditations, some of them are famous among Osho sannayasins and friends. Most last one hour and part or all are accompanied by music. Osho devised Active Meditations, specific movements or activities prior to sitting silently to help the silence go deeper. Meditations are often in stages.
